ORDERS + PAYMENT

 

PLACING YOUR ORDER


You may place an order via email, WhatsApp or using the order forms on this website.

 

Your order will only be considered active once we have physically received your hair and full order details. Please ensure your hair is clearly marked with your name and contact details.

 

If, on receipt, it is apparent that you have sent insufficient/ inappropriate hair for your design of choice, we will contact you to find out if you are able to send more hair or wish to revise your choice of design.  If you wish to cancel your order at this stage, we will be happy to return your hair to you at your expense.

SENDING YOUR HAIR

We accept hair via courier or Postnet, and by hand to our premises in Mowbray, Cape Town.  Our address information is on our order forms which can be downloaded from this website.  Please complete the forms and enclose them with your hair when you send.

 

If you have a large amount of hair, we recommend keeping some aside for safe keeping (or future orders!). 

 

Please review the hair requirements listed for each item with regards to how much hair is required.

PAYMENT

With some exceptions, invoices will generally be sent out on receipt of your hair. If you would like prices confirmed prior to placing an order, we will gladly put a quotation together for you on request. Please note that no items will ship or be handed over without being paid for in full.  We accept cash or EFT.

LEAD TIMES + EXPEDIATED ORDERS

Please allow 6-8 weeks lead time for your purchase. We realise this means a little patience on your part, but we like to think that the end results are worth waiting for.

 

We are sometimes able to commit to a shorter completion period for a special occasion but this must be communicated and confirmed with us prior to placing your order.  Earlier completion dates are at our discretion and are based on our availability, order complexity and stock on hand. We will always endeavour to assist, so please ask!

 

For urgent orders, we may insist on the use of an overnight courier for return shipping in order to ensure timely arrival of your package.


The manufacture process starts from the date on which we receive your hair.

We do not keep pre-assembled stock.
